Some communities pay to be featured. When they do, the listing is clearly marked “Sponsored” wherever it appears. A sponsorship never hides the label and never disguises an ad as an organic recommendation.
Payment never changes your match
Automated Care Match ranks communities on fit — care specialties, location, budget, amenities, and our Compass Health Score™. Sponsorship can add visibility, but it cannot move a community up your tailored shortlist or change its score.

How often it's refreshed
Core details like care types, pricing ranges, and contact information are reviewed on a rolling basis, with high-traffic communities checked more frequently. Each profile shows when it was last verified.
How accuracy is maintained
New and changed data is cross-checked against multiple sources before it goes live. Pricing is shown as a starting range, and we label anything that's provided directly by a community.
Spotted something off?
Communities and families can flag outdated or incorrect details. Reported issues are prioritized for re-verification so the next family sees better information.
